Delete your account

You can permanently delete your THERMOlink account in the Android app or request deletion by email when you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest option when you can sign in.

  1. Open THERMOlink and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Account, select Delete My Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and select Delete.

Request deletion by email

Use this option if the app is uninstalled or you cannot access the in-app deletion control.

  1. Email from the address registered to your THERMOlink account.
  2. Use the subject THERMOlink account deletion request.
  3. Do not include your password, confirmation code or device claim code.

What deletion does

  • Deletes the THERMOlink authentication account.
  • Removes the association between the account and claimed boiler hardware.
  • Removes the account's push-notification registration.
  • Clears account credentials and the device association stored by the app.

THERMOlink may ask you to verify control of the registered email address. Limited information may remain temporarily in operational logs or infrastructure backups where required for security, troubleshooting or legal compliance. It is not used for ordinary product operation after deletion.

Operational information belonging to the physical boiler may remain with the device after it is unlinked. The hardware can then be claimed by a future authorized user.
